Whether you’re sitting on thousands of unread messages or just feeling overwhelmed by daily volume, Inbox Reset transforms your inbox into a clear, organized, and manageable system that actually supports how you work.
This isn’t just about cleaning up emails—it’s about creating structure, reducing mental load, and giving you back time and focus.
What are the steps?
Step 1: Discovery & Goal Setting
We start by understanding how you use your inbox, where things feel stuck, and what “success” looks like for you. Every inbox (and person) is different, so this step ensures the system fits your workflow. You and I meet for 30 minutes to talk through your inbox. What’s going right, and what isn’t. I walk away from this meeting with your pain points and a goal to solve them! Be ready to come to this meeting with logins ready and a few other key thoughts I’ll send to you via survey before we meet.
Step 2: Audit & Strategize
I call this the lurking stake. I review the current state of your inbox—volume, patterns, subscriptions, and existing organization—to identify what’s working and what needs to change. I put together an action plan for you to review and approve. I don’t actually make any changes in your inbox at this point, not until you feel ready.
Step 3: Approvals
You review the document I send you, make any changes, and approve! Once I get this approval, I officially starting moving, unsubscribing, folder creation, etc.
Step 4: Inbox Clean-Up
The actual bulk of the work. I work through your backlog efficiently—sorting, unsubscribing, archiving, and prioritizing—so you’re left with a clean, actionable inbox.
Step 5: Habits & Handoff
We meet one more time to make sure everything in your inbox feels correct. I’ll guide you through best practices and lightweight habits so you can maintain your inbox going forward without it slipping back into chaos.
